Hi, I’m Lacey Redding. I’d love to help.
I provide therapeutic support for a variety of expat struggles, as well as parent coaching, ADHD screening, and executive functioning coaching for those who suspect ADHD or were diagnosed later in life.

Customized executive functioning coaching addresses immediate organization and time management challenges.
Trauma-informed counselling can heal some of that anxiety and low self-worth that’s haunted you for as long as you can remember.

We’ll get to the root of things and then create tangible, effective plans and solutions that will help you succeed in (and maybe even start to enjoy!) your university or professional life.

Some things are better here, and some…aren’t. Living abroad can change your relationships, challenge your confidence and sense of identity, and cultural differences can feel so hard to navigate. It can be hard to remember why this felt like such a good idea in the first place!

I’ll answer any questions you have and you can be sure we’re a good fit. It’s easy, totally free, and there’s no commitment.

Depending on your needs and the services you’re looking for, we’ll decide on a schedule and time-frame that makes sense for you. Weekly meetings are generally most effective when in-depth work is the goal, while every-other-week sessions can work well for coaching. Screening services usually last 1-2 sessions, though longer-term support is available as needed.
Wherever we land, we’ll work together to define goals and develop the tools you need to free you up for your brighter future.
